Investing in the Future of the Grid.
Removing the Financial Barriers to Trade School for the Next Generation of Exceptional Electrical LINE Workers.
Investing In Future Linemen
We remove the heavy cost that keeps hardworking people out of line work. Our scholarships cover tuition, field gear, and CDL permits, then we walk beside each student with weekly check ins and real mentorship. Born in Oceanside from Adrian's journey, this fund invites you to step in, support a scholar, or apply today.
How It Works
First, a student submits an online application that highlights grit, safety mindset, and goals. We review eligibility, talk through the trade's demands, then match approved applicants with tuition help, gear, and CDL support. From there, we check progress weekly, coach through setbacks, and stay in touch as graduates move into apprenticeships and long term careers.
